Increases the number of missions from 208 to 233 - 25 extra missions. They
are "Master Campaign" missions, which means they are tougher, and some are very
tough to complete.
It also improves compatibility with some older and lower end video chipsets,
and fixes some minor graphical issues.

renderfaster for people with really low end machines
Fixed a bug in tree Level Of Detail code that did not properly obey the
setting set in Options->Performance screen. People setting it low now should
have even lower polygon counts. Also increased the range of the "detail level"
slider to allow for even higher detail than was available before so that people
with really good machines could enjoy their game with even less tree pop-up
