FIXES: Changes in the 1.01B Patch
* Fixed bug with campaign save/load.
* Fixed crash when playing on Gamespy with certain operating systems
* Adjusted AI to trade air speed for altitude less often
* Fixed bug with plane sometimes hitting ground and not taking damage
* Changed label in options screen from "difficulty" to "AI Difficulty" for
clarification purposes
* Fixed bug where particles don't render at edge of screen on some video cards
* Adjusted physics models for many of the planes
* Various crash-to-desktop bugs were fixed
