The server program has a major update which includes a new automatic CPU utilization system, allowing the program to better adapt to any potential changes in available system resources. The new version monitors and automatically throttles CPU utilization as needed to maintain a certain level of performance for stable/reliable gameplay (manual control is still available as an option). The new version also generally decreases the level of CPU utilization significantly.
