| Description
|
Desolation is a small deserted wasteland map geared for fast-paced games with lots of action. There's plenty of gold available for each team and the relatively simple layout means that it's easy to get a grip on the battlefield situation. Being a deserted wasteland map, there is little cover available, forcing players to hide behind rocks and keep to the side paths if they wish to avoid direct confrontations.
Each team has access to one expansion mine, allowing players to quickly supplement the income provided by their base mine without being forced to secure the middle of the map until they're ready. Controlling the middle mine will important though, as it has the most gold and extraction rate of all of the mines on the map.
