Edmond Dantes, the mate of captain of "Pharaoh" ship, on the way to
Marseilles, found himself on the Elba Island. Deported emperor Napoleon asked
him to take a message to France. Some envious persons wrote an anonymous letter
to the royal prosecutor. Edmond's wedding ceremony was roughly broken off by
royal guards. Taken to the court he gave right answers to all the questions of
the prosecutor, but the final one "Do you have read the name of addressee?" was
answered honestly but tragically wrong. Edmond was thrown into prison.

marvelous escape of the other. Now it is the time to find the offenders. It is
time to revenge.
