Learn more about the brand-new Career Mode in Rise of a Soldier -exclusively for the Xbox and PlayStation 2. List of Roles in America's Army: Rise of a Soldier: Rifleman - most basic training, simple aspects of gameplay and movement; Grenadier - rifleman + using the 203 (grenade launcher) to take down groups of enemies; Automatic Rifleman - using the 249 SAW for supression of attackers, providing cover and support; Sniper - engaging targets at a distance, providing support cover, recon and stealth movements (uses both .50 cal barrett and S24); Fire Team Leader (Ranger) - lead your fire team into battle by commanding them and taking point; Special Forces Weapons Sergeant - combining all of the previously learned skills (including leadership) plus using indiginous forces for more intense missions (you will also be able to modify your M4A1 to play the way you want); Special Forces Operations Sergeant - the toughest missions are for the toughest people
you move into more of a leadership role but just more intense than SF:WS.
