Description
The movie is narrated by Zeb Cook, the senior designer of City of Villains. One of the more noteworthy features of Nerva is the areas occupied by the hero group “Longbow” which is the military arm of the Freedom Phalanx. The Longbow heroes are fair game for criminals and villains looking to make a name for themselves.
