Pathway to Glory is an action-packed, historically accurate strategy game. The game takes place during World War II in Southern Europe, 1943. The struggle for Europe is at a critical point. Special forces are urgently needed. Players are challenged to command a multinational unit of highly trained men, leading them as a team. Gamers will accomplish action-packed, historical missions by defending, ambushing, destroying and attacking. Pathway to Glory features a compelling storyline for the single player experience, and exciting multiplayer battles locally via Bluetooth or Hot Seat, or globally on N-Gage Arena.
Pathway to Glory is realistic, down to every detail, and recreates the harsh realities of the battle zones. To ensure accuracy, historians and location shoots had been used extensively in the development of the game. The main user interface gives an excellent overhead view of the battlefield, and the gameplay mechanics are finely tuned. A wide variety of equipment is available to players, including artillery and vehicles found on the battlefield. Every object on the battlefield is destroyable; destroyed objects remain demolished, thereby manipulating the environment and affecting gameplay.
