This latest patch adds several enhancements that any fan of the game will surely
appreciate. The changes includes a new intro screen, new abilities for the mod makers
out there, and coolest of all, Space Empires IV Gold now has mousewheel support!
Additionally, there have been some tweaks to the overall game to massage some
perceived play balance issues.
