This patch fixes a number of bugs but more importantly gives
fans of the game a slew of new enhancements:

* The number of starting provinces is now selectable.

* Lots of modding possibilities: armor, weapon, spell, and more!

* Support for resolutions up to 2400x1800!

* Light lance, a brand new spanking weapon.

* Can connect to name IP addresses for multiplayer action.

* Windows version slightly faster thanks to several upgrades to Microsoft's C- compiler.

* Eyeless beings can't lose eyes (d'oh!).

* Various typos corrected.
